In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our
customer service department.You may return any merchandise in its
original condition/packaging
( unworn, unwashed with the original tags attached ) within 30 days of
receipt.
Once we have received and verified the condition of the item(s), you will receive a refund/credit less the shipping and
handling charges.
Any items not returned in "new condition"
will not be refunded.
Any garment that covers an intimate area
(Thongs, G-strings, Teddies and Bikinis) and other intimately worn apparel
are absolutely not returnable. This is the law for everyone's
protection.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to item(s)
that are not returned for an exchange or a store credit.
